How do you design a Queensberry album? Well, we can design it for you, or you can do it yourself using third party software like Fundy or SmartAlbums, our desktop application Photojunction, or the Workspace Album Designer. But — let's be frank — until now the Workspace design feature has been just a little underpowered! We've been working hard to change that, however, and we reckon Workspace Album Designer is  turning into a powerful and intuitive program that for many people could just be their best choice. Did you know that you can sell anything from loose prints to canvases in your shopping cart? Without lifting a finger? Ok... maybe not quite that simple but pretty close. If you think you don't have time, read on! There are very few steps once you've got your website set up. Upload the images, attach a price list and sell products from your website directly to your clients.  If your client views their gallery on their computer, shopping cart, favourite and sharing icons appear over the images when you hover over them (see screenshot above). They simply click on the shopping cart To View More >>

The design space is buzzing as we get ready to announce our first 2016 Workspace updates. After months of debate, covering the walls with design ideas, and then the hard work of turning them into code, and testing, we finally get to share!  Here’s the big picture: An updated retail shopping cart for you. Redesigned image gallery. New and improved website themes. New and improved blogging themes. New client website designs. And finally a new page editor so you can modify the themes without HTML coding. That’s way too much for a single blog post so we’re going to dig into To View More >>

If you're a regular user you’ll have noticed big changes to Workspace over the last few weeks. We introduced a stack of functional changes, especially to the album set-up and client website pages, but also... 1. We've improved the navigation, so the important stuff is easier to find. We're hoping the BUY and SELL tabs help direct you to the most important functions in Workspace for many people — ordering from Queensberry, and setting up a shopping cart to make your own sales. Alongside are direct links to your image galleries, your book and album designs, and your website, To View More >>

There's been a LOT of interest generated by the new Workspace mobile app, so I thought I'd remind you how easy Workspace sharing is. Next time I'll suggest the best place to share. Let's assume you've uploaded some images and now you're in Workspace looking at the image collection you want to share... (Click the screenshots to view them full-size)... 1. Click the big blue SHARE button to open the sharing pop-up window. You should explore the other options but the window opens to "auto" (my favourite - see below) where you can set up automatic sharing to Facebook profiles and pages, Twitter and/or To View More >>

This is something that trips people up sometimes if for some reason they need to send us new or edited files for a job. The Queensberry team doesn't have access to your Workspace account, so we can't work directly with your Workspace image collections. Instead, when you send us an order the hi res files are automatically downloaded to our local server. For the same reason, if you need to send us new or edited files, simply adding more images to your Workspace Event doesn't give us access to them. This is how to send us the new files. 1. Upload the new images to the original Workspace Event (not To View More >>
