Workspace update

The update includes new website widgets, product preview scenes, volume pricing for eligible prints and cookie-consent controls for Workspace websites.

More ways to customise your Print Shop

Our new Print Shop Gallery and Print Feature widgets give you more control over how your work is presented across your Workspace website.

Use Print Shop Gallery to customise the look of your shop landing page with classic or card-style layouts, different image proportions and clean, coloured or framed presentations. Use Print Feature to draw attention to a smaller selection of work elsewhere on your website. Together, they help you create a more considered and engaging path into your Print Shop.

Highlight selected work

The new Print Feature widget is designed for a smaller, curated selection. Feature up to nine images in a row, grid or slider. When a visitor selects an image, Workspace opens it in your Print Shop, where they can see the available products and purchase it.

Use it on a homepage, highlight your most popular or best-selling work, introduce a new collection, or draw attention to a seasonal or limited group of prints.

Help customers understand product size

Eligible Queensberry-fulfilled prints, frames, matted prints and canvases can now be shown in styled product preview scenes. As the customer changes the product size, the preview adjusts to give a clearer sense of relative scale.

You can turn these scenes off in Shopping Cart Settings. If you upload your own product image for a price-list item, Workspace stops showing generated preview scenes for that item and uses your uploaded image instead.

Preview scenes are a visual guide rather than an exact measurement of a customer’s room, but they make it much easier to understand how a finished product may feel in a space.

Reward larger print orders with volume pricing

Volume pricing lets you set up to two quantity breaks for eligible loose prints. Customers can choose different photographs and still qualify when the product size and paper or finish match.

This is particularly useful for wedding, portrait, school and event galleries where customers may want several small prints. Workspace shows the available pricing and recalculates the cart as quantities change.

Add cookie consent to your Workspace website

Workspace websites now include a cookie-consent setting under Settings → Integrations → Consent Cookie. Visitors can choose essential cookies only or accept all cookies, with an additional advertising choice when applicable.

Cookie consent supports your website setup, but it remains important to keep your own privacy and cookie information current for your business and location.

Start building

These improvements give you more control over how your work is presented and sold, while making product choices clearer for your customers.
