A photographer may want to place a separate order from a school gallery and include it in the gallery's consolidated bulk delivery. For example, you may order class photographs for teaching staff.
The order must be placed and linked correctly before the bulk-shipment cut-off. Otherwise it may be treated as a separate order and freight may apply.
Allow enough production time
Place large staff or school orders well before the cut-off so there is time for printing, finishing and consolidation. Do not rely on a last-day order joining the bulk shipment.
November and December are peak production months. Queensberry issues specific end-of-year turnaround times and deadlines for this period. Check the current guidance before setting the gallery cut-off or deciding when to place a large school order.
Place and link the order
• Open the school gallery before its bulk-shipment cut-off.
• Select the photographs you want to order.
• Open the shopping cart with the selected images.
• Choose the Queensberry products and quantities.
• Continue to checkout.
• Select Use address from “[Gallery Name]” event details.
This is the current checkout option that links the order to the delivery details stored for that gallery. Confirm the gallery name and address before completing checkout.
Check the order
After placing the order, review Gallery Sales and confirm that the order is associated with the intended school gallery and delivery method.
If the cut-off has passed or the order does not show the intended delivery option, do not assume it can still be added to the consolidated shipment. Contact Queensberry with the gallery and order references before making a promise to the school.
