Can I use Workspace without paying for a subscription?
Yes. Welcome is free and gives you access to Workspace for designing and proofing Queensberry albums, managing Queensberry orders and placing wholesale product orders.
You only need to choose a paid Workspace plan when you want to use the wider business platform, with additional features and allowances for areas such as client galleries, storage, websites, client management, marketing, video and team access. Products and optional Queensberry services are charged separately.
Can I explore Workspace before choosing a plan?
Yes. Create a Workspace account and look around before deciding which paid option is right for you. Try designing an album, creating a client gallery or exploring the Website Designer. This will help you understand the tools and storage your business needs.
Can I pay monthly or annually?
Basic, Pro and Pro+ can be paid monthly or annually. Annual subscriptions cost less over a full year, while monthly billing offers more flexibility.
The 10 Year plan works differently. It is paid once for ten years rather than monthly or annually. Visit the Workspace plans page for current prices in US dollars.
What is included in the 10 Year plan?
The 10 Year plan includes 10GB of image storage and a broad set of tools for running a smaller creative business. These include a website builder, CRM and lead capture, client galleries, digital delivery, projects, online selling and email marketing tools.
It is useful when your storage requirements are modest and you prefer not to manage an ongoing monthly subscription.
