Client Galleries help you deliver, share and sell photographs created for a client. Start with the essential gallery experience, then add branding, selling and automation where they support the job.
Create and review your first gallery
Begin with Step 1: Deliver your first Client Gallery. It covers creating the gallery, uploading images, reviewing access and sharing the client link.
Set your gallery defaults and branding
Review the business details, logo, watermark and Image Gallery Defaults used by new galleries. Defaults give you a consistent starting point, but each gallery should still be checked before sharing.
Website appearance is now controlled through Website Styles and individual pages through the Page Designer; Workspace no longer uses the old website-theme workflow.
Choose gallery privacy deliberately
Select the access method that matches the photographs and client relationship. Read Private, semi-private and public galleries.
Organise the image experience
Use categories to divide a large gallery into understandable parts and collections for image sets created for a particular purpose. Do not add structure that makes a small gallery harder to navigate.
Add selling when you are ready
Create a price list, complete the relevant business, tax and payment settings, then apply that price list to the gallery. Confirm the available products, prices, downloads and shipping before inviting clients to order.
Continue in Selling Through Workspace.
Share the correct destination
You can send a gallery’s direct client link or present galleries through an appropriate website gallery widget. When one client needs one private gallery, the direct link is usually the clearest destination.
