Set up your business details and visual identity before sharing client-facing work. Workspace keeps personal account information, public studio details, logos and gallery defaults in separate Settings areas.
Review your personal details
- Sign in and open Settings.
- Select Personal Details.
- Check your first name, last name and email address, then save any changes.
These details identify you when more than one person works on the account and may be used when Queensberry needs to contact you personally.
Add your company or studio details
- From Settings, open Company / Studio Details.
- Add the public business email and website you want associated with your studio.
- Add only the social profiles you actively use.
- Save your changes.
Supported social details can appear in the footer of your website and online galleries.
Upload your logos
Open Settings → Logos. Workspace provides separate uploads for your main logo and the logo used on galleries.
Prepare a clean logo file at approximately 200–300 pixels in size. A transparent background is usually best because it allows the logo to sit cleanly over different website and gallery backgrounds. Avoid uploading an unnecessarily large image—it will not make the displayed logo sharper and may slow the page down.
Make sure the artwork remains clear and readable at a small displayed size. After uploading it, preview your client-facing pages on both desktop and mobile and check the logo against light and dark backgrounds where relevant.
Choose your gallery starting point
Open Settings → Image Gallery Defaults to review the standard appearance and behaviour applied when you create a gallery. Defaults give you a consistent starting point, while individual gallery settings let you make changes for a particular job.
Create a test gallery and preview it as a client before delivering real work. When you are ready, follow Deliver Your First Client Gallery.
