Workspace offers free and paid options, with billing that depends on the plan you choose.
How plans are billed
- Welcome has no subscription charge. It is free for designing and proofing Queensberry albums and placing wholesale Queensberry orders, with up to 10GB available for temporary galleries.
- 10 Year is billed once for a ten-year term.
- Basic, Pro and Pro+ can be paid monthly or annually. Annual billing costs less over a full year than paying month by month.

Check your renewal or expiry date
Open Subscription settings to see your current plan and its renewal or expiry date. This is also where you can review your payment details and data usage.
Keep your payment card current
A valid payment card is needed for an eligible paid plan to renew automatically. If there is no valid card on file, your plan will not auto-renew and your site may be disabled when the subscription expires. Add or update your card in Subscription settings before the renewal date.
If you do not want to renew
You can cancel from Subscription settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and your account moves to the free plan after the current paid term expires.
