When something does not behave as expected, a few focused checks can separate a temporary browser problem from an account, file or workflow issue.
Record what happened
Note the page, gallery, project, album or order involved; what you expected; what occurred; and the approximate time. Preserve any error message instead of repeatedly retrying a potentially important action.
Try the first checks
- Reload the page once and confirm your internet connection is stable.
- Check that you are signed into the correct Workspace account.
- Try a current version of a supported mainstream browser.
- Test in a private window to identify cached data or browser extensions as a possible cause.
- For uploads, confirm the file type, size, filename and connection.
- For missing changes, confirm the item was saved or published.
Avoid creating a larger problem
Do not repeatedly submit an order, payment, import or bulk action when its result is uncertain. Check the relevant sales, gallery or activity record first.
Contact support with useful information
- Your Workspace account or business name.
- The exact URL and the relevant gallery, order or project number.
- Clear steps to reproduce the issue.
- A screenshot or screen recording that does not expose passwords or sensitive client data.
- Your browser, device and approximate time of the problem.
For urgent production or order issues, include the order number and contact Queensberry promptly.
