Workspace brings three parts of your photography business together: presenting your work, managing client relationships and accepting orders. You can use each area independently, then connect them as your workflow develops.
Present and deliver your work with galleries
- Client Galleries help you host, share, deliver and sell photographs or videos created for a client.
- Print Shop helps you sell fine-art, décor and other images to a wider audience.
- Volume and School Galleries add specialist tools for high-volume jobs, individual access and bulk delivery.
From the Workspace dashboard you can open active galleries, create new ones and manage gallery settings. Continue in the Galleries section.
Keep client work connected
Studio Management helps you organise enquiries, contacts, clients, projects and follow-up tasks. Projects can bring the working parts of a job together, including contracts, quotes, invoices, galleries, albums and other useful links.
Start with the parts your studio needs. Use only the records and stages that are useful for that job. A simple portrait session may need fewer steps than a wedding, school or long-term commercial project. Continue in Studio Manager (CRM).
Turn galleries into a sales channel
Add a suitable price list and shopping cart when you want a gallery to accept orders. Depending on your setup, you can offer printed products, packages, albums or digital downloads, collect payment and use Queensberry fulfilment for eligible products.
Use the Selling Through Workspace section to set up pricing, payments and fulfilment.
Build the connection gradually
- Create and share a gallery.
- Add selling when you are comfortable with the client experience.
- Organise the underlying client or project record.
- Add reusable templates and automation only where they remove useful manual work.
