Your photographer may allow you to download photographs directly from a Client Gallery or may offer Digital Download products through the shopping cart. The available option depends on how the gallery has been set up.
Download directly from the gallery
- Open the gallery using the link and login details supplied by your photographer.
- Select the image or category you want to download.
- Choose the available download option.
- Follow your browser’s prompts to save the file.
If no download option is shown, direct downloads may not be enabled for that image or category.
Purchase a Digital Download product
- Select the image.
- Choose the Digital Download product offered in the gallery.
- Add it to the cart and complete checkout.
- Use the download link supplied after the order is processed.
A direct gallery download and a Digital Download product are different. A direct download is enabled by your photographer in the gallery settings. A Digital Download product is selected and purchased through the cart.
If the download does not work
- Check that you are using the correct gallery link, email address and password where required.
- Try the original gallery or order email again.
- Check your Downloads folder and any browser download notification.
- Contact your photographer if the link has expired or the image is not available.
Your photographer controls which files can be downloaded, their resolution and any usage terms that apply.
