Your photographer may share a Client Gallery so you can view, favourite, download or purchase photographs. The options available depend on how the gallery has been set up.
Open the gallery
- Open the link supplied by your photographer.
- If requested, enter the gallery password or your email address.
- Follow any instructions shown on the login page.
Keep the original link and login details somewhere safe. If they do not work, contact your photographer because they control access to the gallery.
Move around the gallery
A gallery may contain categories that organise the photographs into groups. Choose a category to view its images, or use All Images when that option is available.
Select an image to view it at a larger size. Depending on the gallery, you may also see options to mark it as a favourite, download it or purchase products.
If you cannot find a photograph
- Check the other categories.
- Return to All Images if it is available.
- Confirm that you are using the correct gallery link and login details.
- Contact your photographer if an expected category or image is missing.
Queensberry Workspace hosts the gallery, but your photographer selects the photographs, access settings and products offered.
