How sales in other countries are handled

Eligible Workspace galleries and Print Shops can accept orders from customers in other countries. What can be offered depends on the product, destination and the fulfilment available for that order.

What the customer sees

When international ordering is available, Workspace works out the applicable product and delivery information for the customer’s location and presents the order in the supported currency. Exchange rates and regional product costs can change, so the amount shown to an overseas customer may differ from your local price.

Queensberry-fulfilled orders

For an eligible Queensberry-fulfilled product, Workspace uses the available product and shipping information for the destination. The customer completes the order online and you can follow the sale and production progress through Workspace.

Not every product or delivery option is available in every country. If you are planning an important international offer, confirm the current availability before promoting it.

Self-fulfilled products

Self-fulfilment is intended for purchases in your own region. Do not promise international delivery for a self-fulfilled product unless the current Workspace settings allow the destination and you are prepared to manage the production, shipping, customs and customer support yourself.

Workspace does not charge commission on self-fulfilled products. Stripe processing fees and your own fulfilment costs may still apply.

Track the sale

Use Sales & Activity to find the transaction, review the products and follow any Queensberry order. International payments, currency conversion and payouts should also be checked in Stripe.

Tax, duties and customs

Cross-border sales can create tax, customs and consumer-law obligations. These depend on your business, the customer’s location and how the order is supplied. Workspace cannot determine your complete obligations, so seek advice from an accountant or tax adviser before relying on international sales.
