How to view your sales in Print Shop and Client Galleries

Open Sales & Activity in Workspace to review sales made through your Print Shop and Client Galleries.

What you can review

The sales information brings together the customer, sale value, payment information and products included in each transaction. Where Queensberry is fulfilling products, you can also review the related production cost and follow the order into production.

Workspace cannot calculate the cost of products or services you fulfil yourself or source from another supplier. Keep those costs in your own accounting records.

Find the sales you need

  • Choose a date range to review sales for a particular period.
  • Filter by the relevant gallery, event or other available criteria.
  • Search using the customer’s email address when you need to find a particular transaction.
  • Open a transaction to review its products, payment details and image crops.

Export your sales

After applying the filters you need, export the sales information as a CSV. The export can help you reconcile Workspace sales with Stripe and prepare information for your accounting system.

Workspace reports provide operational sales information. They are not a replacement for your accounting records or professional tax advice.

Queensberry orders and final invoices

Gallery Sales records the order as it was placed by your customer. If a Queensberry-fulfilled order is changed while it is being reviewed or produced, those later changes and their costs may not be reflected in the Gallery Sales transaction.

Use the order number to follow its production progress. Once the order is complete and has been charged, use the final Queensberry invoice as the authoritative record of the wholesale products, adjustments, freight and tax charged by Queensberry.

For reconciliation, compare the original retail sale in Sales & Activity with the final Queensberry invoice. Keep both records: they describe different parts of the transaction.

Estimated profit

The Sales Tracker may show an estimated profit for a sale. This is a sales estimate based on the information Workspace can see; it is not your final accounting profit because Workspace does not know all of your business costs or any later production changes.
