Website settings beyond Page Designer

Page Designer controls the content and layout of an individual page, but several important website choices live elsewhere in Workspace.

Website Pages

Use the Website Pages screen to create pages, set their status, control whether they appear in navigation, archive or duplicate pages, and create parent menu items or URL links.

Website Styles

Open Settings > Website Styles to control the shared design foundation of your site, including supported fonts, colours and common presentation choices. Workspace no longer uses traditional website themes. Styled component libraries and website themes are planned for future release.

Business details and branding

Your business name, contact details and logo may be used across more than one Workspace surface. Review them in Settings rather than trying to recreate all branding inside each page.

Domains

A custom domain is configured separately from Page Designer. Connect the domain only after the site structure is ready, and follow the Workspace domain instructions carefully.

Analytics and verification

Analytics measurement IDs and supported site-verification codes belong in the website integration settings. Do not paste tracking scripts into ordinary page text.

Media Library and Custom CSS

Use the Media Library for reusable website assets. Custom CSS is available for advanced adjustments, but you are responsible for maintaining your code as the platform changes.

Review the complete site

After changing any shared setting, check several pages and review the site on phones and larger screens. A site-wide setting can affect more than the page you were editing.
