Your Workspace storage allowance depends on your plan and the type of files you keep. Image and video storage are measured separately, so it helps to check both when comparing plans.
Image storage by plan
- Welcome: up to 10GB for temporary galleries. Welcome is free for designing and proofing Queensberry albums and placing wholesale Queensberry orders, but it is not intended for ongoing standard client galleries.
- 10 Year: 10GB of image storage.
- Basic: 50GB of image storage.
- Pro: 1TB of image storage.
- Pro+: unlimited image storage.
Video storage
Video storage is included with Pro and Pro+. Pro includes 30GB and Pro+ includes 60GB. This allowance is separate from image storage.
Direct video uploads must be MP4 files and are limited to 15 minutes and 20GB per video. The file must also fit within your remaining video-storage allowance. The per-file limit and your total storage allowance are separate: for example, having more than 20GB available does not allow a single file larger than 20GB.
For long ceremonies, performances or other long-form films, consider hosting the video through Vimeo or YouTube and adding it to a page on your Workspace website. See How to deliver a long-form video alongside a Client Gallery.
Check your current usage
Sign in and open Subscription settings to see your current data usage and plan.
If you are close to your limit
Download and archive anything you need to retain, then remove old galleries or files you no longer need. You can also move to a plan with a larger allowance. Your data must fit within the new allowance before you can downgrade or cancel a paid subscription.
