Shopping Cart Settings control account-wide choices used when customers buy through Workspace. Review them before building price lists or opening a gallery or Print Shop for sales.
Open Shopping Cart Settings
Go to Settings and choose Shopping Cart Settings. Work through each option and save your changes before reviewing a live sales journey.
Review the settings as a connected system
Your shopping cart does not work in isolation. The customer’s experience also depends on the price list, product fulfilment, Stripe connection, tax treatment, shipping setup and the gallery or Print Shop where the products are offered.
Before you begin selling
- Confirm who will fulfil each product.
- Connect and complete Stripe setup where you are selling through Workspace.
- Review how your entered prices and tax settings work for your business.
- Check shipping or bulk-delivery choices.
- Build the appropriate price list and connect it to the gallery or shop.
Review the customer experience
Open the relevant gallery or Print Shop as a customer, choose a product and proceed far enough through checkout to review the available choices and totals. You do not need to repeatedly test every product, but you should check the settings that materially change how customers order or pay.

Product Preview Scenes
Use Product Preview Scenes to show eligible Queensberry-fulfilled prints, frames, matted prints and canvases in styled room settings. The scene adjusts when the customer selects a different size, providing a visual guide to the product’s relative scale rather than an exact room measurement.
You can turn generated scenes off. If you add your own product image in the Gallery Price List, Workspace stops using generated preview scenes for that product and displays your uploaded image instead.
