Many Album Designer problems can be resolved by checking the album state, source images and connection before repeating your work.
An image is missing
Check the selected collection or image filter, clear the filename search and confirm that the image is available in the gallery connected with the album. If it was added recently, return through My Albums and reopen the design.
You cannot edit the design
The album may be with your client for proofing, already approved or already ordered. Check who currently controls the proofing revision. If the client has not responded and you need to make a change, use the available option to take back the proofing link.
A template changed the crops
Applying a different template can reposition images. Check every aperture, then zoom and reframe the affected images. Pay particular attention to page edges and the centre gutter.
Changes do not appear to save
Pause and wait for the save status. Check your connection and avoid closing the browser while a change is still saving. Reopen the album from My Albums to confirm its last saved state before repeating work.
The designer feels slow
Allow image previews to finish loading, close unnecessary browser tabs and avoid making several rapid navigation changes while the connection is slow. Large collections can also take longer to search and display.
Your client cannot access or finish proofing
Confirm that you sent the current proofing invitation to the correct address and that the design is still with the client. If you have taken back proofing control or sent a newer revision, resend the current invitation.

If the issue continues, tell us the album name, the account, the layout involved, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Include a screenshot and the approximate time of the problem where possible.
