If a product is missing, unavailable or showing the wrong price, check the connection between the gallery, price list, product and image type before rebuilding anything.
Confirm the correct price list
- Open the gallery settings and confirm the intended Gallery Price List is attached.
- If the gallery has multiple collections, check representative collections use the expected price list.
- Make sure you edited the same price list that is attached to the gallery.
Check the product
- Confirm the product is included and available in the price list.
- Review its retail price, size, finish, fulfilment and shipping settings.
- Check package quantities and product slots.
- For Digital Downloads, confirm whether you intend a cart product or direct gallery download.
Check the image
Review orientation and aspect ratio. Some products or package slots require a particular image type. In Volume Portrait galleries, Class Photos and School Photos must be marked correctly; individual portraits are not marked as those shared-photo types.
Check the public gallery
Open the customer view, choose a representative image and add the affected product to the cart. Confirm its description, price, crop, options and shipping behaviour.
If a recent change is missing
Save the price list, reload the gallery and check again. Avoid creating duplicate price lists merely to work around an uncertain display problem. When contacting support, include the gallery, price-list name, product, image and screenshots of the expected and actual result.
