Workspace calculates shipping at checkout from the products in the cart, their fulfilment method and the shipping settings attached to your price list.
Queensberry-fulfilled products
You can choose to pass on Queensberry’s wholesale shipping charge where that option is available. The final charge depends on the products and destination in the order and is calculated at checkout.
Self-fulfilled products
For products you fulfil yourself, set the shipping amount and method in the price-list settings. Make sure it covers the delivery service, packaging and destinations you intend to support.
Orders with mixed fulfilment
An order containing both Queensberry-fulfilled and self-fulfilled products can incur both shipping charges because the products are supplied separately.
Check the price list
- Confirm the intended shipping option for each fulfilment type.
- Review domestic and international availability.
- Make sure customer-facing wording does not promise free shipping unless the price list supports it.
- Test a representative cart and proceed far enough through checkout to see the calculated charge.
Coupons may discount product prices or shipping when configured to do so. Review the coupon terms and the checkout total before promoting an offer.
