The Album Designer saves supported changes as you work. The status at the top of the designer tells you when recent changes have finished saving.
Before leaving the designer
- Finish the change you are making.
- Wait until All changes saved appears.
- Check that no warning or failed-save message is displayed.
- Use My Albums or Dashboard to leave the designer.
Do not close the browser immediately after making an important change. Give the designer time to complete the save, especially on a slow or unstable connection.
Return to the design
Open Albums → My Albums, locate the album and return to the online designer. Confirm that the album name and recent layouts are correct before continuing.
Use Undo and Redo carefully
Undo and Redo are available for supported layout changes. Check the complete layout after using them and wait for the updated design to save.
If something does not appear to have saved
Do not continue making many new changes. Check your connection, reload the album from My Albums and confirm the last saved state. If work is repeatedly missing or the save status does not complete, note the album name and what you were doing, then contact the Queensberry team.
