How to respond to album feedback and send a new revision

When your client sends feedback, review all of their comments before changing the design. This helps you understand whether several requests affect the same layout or image.

Review the feedback

  1. Open the album and its proofing feedback.
  2. Read every comment in the context of the relevant layout.
  3. Clarify any request that could be interpreted in more than one way.
  4. Agree on any change that affects the album specification or price.

Make the changes

Return to the Album Designer and work through the feedback systematically. After replacing an image or changing a template, recheck its crop, photosafe area and relationship with the facing page.

Mark or track completed requests so none are missed. Then preview the complete album, not only the layouts that changed.

Send the revised design

Wait for All changes saved, then use Share with Client to send the updated design for another review. Explain which requests were completed and identify anything that still needs a decision.

Do not place the order too early

Continue the review cycle until the client has approved the final version and you have completed your own production check. A comment-free revision is not automatically an approval.
