How Client Mini Sites work

A Client Mini Site is a small client-facing website created for a particular client, event or piece of work. It can bring relevant information and links together in a branded page without requiring you to add the content to your main website navigation.

When to use a Client Mini Site

A mini site can be useful for a wedding, event, commercial project or another job that benefits from its own online destination. You might include introductory information, schedules, useful links, galleries, forms or booking information, depending on the experience you are creating.

Create a mini site

  1. Open Website, then Client Mini Sites.
  2. Create a new Client Mini Site.
  3. Name it clearly and connect it with the appropriate client or purpose where those options are available.
  4. Build the page content and add the links or widgets the client needs.
  5. Review the page on desktop and mobile before sharing it.

Keep privacy in mind

A page link can be shared beyond its intended recipient. Avoid placing sensitive personal information in the page title, URL or visible content, and use the available access controls for any linked gallery or portal.

Keep each experience focused

A mini site should make the next step easier to understand. Include the information required for that client or event and remove outdated links when the work is complete.
