You can change your Queensberry Workspace plan from your subscription settings. Before choosing a new plan, it is worth checking its storage, gallery, video, slideshow and team-member allowances.
Change your plan
- Sign in to Workspace.
- Open Subscription settings.
- Review the available plans and choose the plan and billing period that suit you.
- Review the change, then follow the prompts to confirm it.
You can also compare Workspace plans before making a change.
Before downgrading
Your current data must fit within the storage allowance of the plan you are moving to. If it does not, Workspace will ask you to remove content before trying again. Download anything you want to keep, then delete galleries or other stored files you no longer need.
Some services are available only on particular plans. School galleries require Pro or Pro+, so they will be deactivated if you move to a lower plan. Check any video, slideshow and team-member allowances as well.
If you are on the 10 Year plan, changing to another plan replaces that special subscription arrangement. Review the details carefully before confirming.
If you need more room or features later, you can return to Subscription settings and choose another plan.
