Workspace includes two Page Designer widgets for presenting prints on your website. Use the Print Shop Gallery widget to display a broader shop collection, or the Print Feature widget to draw attention to a smaller selection of prints.
Before you begin
Create your Print Shop gallery, add the photographs you want to sell and connect the appropriate price list. The widgets present this existing buying experience on a Workspace website; they do not replace the gallery or its product setup.
Add a Print Shop widget
- Open Website, then Website Pages.
- Create or open the page you want to edit.
- In Page Designer, add a widget and choose Print Shop Gallery.
- Select the Print Shop content you want to display.
- Choose the layout and presentation settings, then save the page.
The Print Shop Gallery widget can present a larger range using classic or card-style layouts. Depending on the chosen layout, you can control the image ratio, number of items across, backdrop, hover treatment and framed presentation.
Highlight selected photographs
Use the Print Feature widget when you want to curate a smaller group of photographs rather than displaying the wider shop. You can select and order up to nine images, then present them as a row, grid or slider using a clean, coloured or framed style.
When a visitor selects a featured image, Workspace opens that image in your Print Shop, where they can see the available products and purchase it. This makes the widget useful for a homepage, highlighting popular or best-selling work, introducing a new collection, or promoting a seasonal or limited group of prints.
Choose the right widget
- Use Print Shop Gallery for a dedicated shop page or a broader collection.
- Use Print Feature when the page needs a concise, curated highlight.
- You can use both: feature selected work on the homepage and use Print Shop Gallery to present the broader shop collection.
Present the page clearly
Add a useful page heading and introductory text so visitors understand what they can buy. Keep image crops and presentation styles consistent, and review the page on desktop and mobile before publishing. A smaller, deliberate selection is often stronger than placing every available photograph on the first page.
Product preview scenes
The website widgets control how photographs are presented on the page. Product preview scenes are a separate Shopping Cart setting that can show eligible products in a styled room setting and help customers understand relative scale. You can manage these under Settings, then Shopping Cart Settings.
