How to create an album and open the designer

Create the album record first so Workspace knows the product you intend to design and order.

Create the album

1. Select Albums in Workspace. This opens My Albums directly.
2. Start a new album.
3. Enter a useful album name or reference.
4. Select the required album details, including the product, size and orientation available to you.
5. When choosing how the album will be designed, select Design Online.
6. Review the remaining album options and save the album.

Workspace opens the online designer for the album. You can return to Albums at any time and open the album again from My Albums.

Check the setup before designing

Confirm the album size, orientation and page type before spending time on detailed layouts. These choices determine the design space and the templates available to you.

If you intend to have Queensberry design the album, choose the Queensberry design option rather than Design Online. If you are supplying files designed elsewhere, use the appropriate external-design workflow.

Know the main controls

• Dashboard returns you to Workspace.
• My Albums returns you to your album list.
• Undo and Redo reverse or restore supported layout changes.
• All changes saved confirms that recent edits have finished saving.
• Share with Client opens proofing and sharing options.
• Place Order begins the order stage when the album is ready.
