The Calendar, filters and boards provide different views of your commitments. Use the view that answers the question you have now: when something happens, what needs attention or which kind of work you want to group together.
Use the Calendar for dated commitments
Events and supported dated tasks can appear in the Workspace Calendar. Review the date, time and duration of client-facing appointments carefully, especially after changing a project or booking.
Filter tasks by status and urgency
Use task filters to focus on active work, completed or cancelled items, overdue tasks and work marked urgent. A focused overdue view is useful for recovery, but it should not replace realistic due dates and regular planning.
Use boards to group related work
Boards give you a manual way to group tasks—for example, this week, finance, image editing or client follow-up. Choose names that describe a useful working context rather than reproducing every project as another board.
Keep the records connected
Open a task or event from its related project, contact or client when you need the full context. From the Calendar, verify that you are editing the correct record before changing a date.
Keep the system maintainable
- Complete tasks when the action is finished.
- Cancel work that is no longer required.
- Move a due date only when the expectation genuinely changed.
- Review overdue and urgent work regularly.
- Archive or stop using boards that no longer help.
