Your website can connect visitors directly with other parts of Workspace. You can collect an enquiry, show selected galleries, guide clients to a portal or send someone to a booking option without rebuilding those experiences inside the page.
Choose the next action
Before adding a widget, decide what the page should help someone do. A service page may need an enquiry form, a portfolio page may need a gallery, and a campaign page may need a booking button. Avoid several competing actions with equal prominence.
Add a form
- Create and check the form in the relevant Workspace form area first.
- Open the website page in Page Designer.
- Add a section where the enquiry should appear.
- Add the current Forms or CRM form widget and select the intended form.
- Save and preview the page.
- Submit a test response and confirm it arrives in the expected place.
Use a short form for an initial enquiry and ask only for information you need. Explain what happens after submission. If the form creates an enquiry, you still need to reply to that enquiry.
Add galleries or connected image experiences
- A gallery display or scrolling gallery can show work within the page.
- A slideshow or slider can present a focused sequence.
- A Gallery Portal can guide clients to one or more galleries.
- A client website or album element can connect visitors with that experience.
Confirm the selected content is active, suitable for a public page and free from information that should remain private.
Add a booking route
Use a booking widget where the applicable option is available, or a clear button linked to the correct booking page. Use specific text such as “Book a portrait session” rather than “Click here”.
Test the full path through package or session selection. Check dates, prices, availability, questions and the confirmation experience.
Test after publishing
- Submit the form and check the response.
- Open every gallery, portal and booking link.
- Check access and privacy settings.
- Review the experience on a phone.
- Repeat the check when you replace, archive or rename connected content.
