Print Shop and Client Galleries are our two main platforms on Workspace for selling your photography or art online, but as you'll see there are other options.. There are important differences between them all. Choose the one that best suits your business and the market you're targeting.
Client Galleries for portrait and wedding work etc
Choose Workspace Client Galleries if you're hosting your clients' own photos online. Attach a store to each gallery you upload so your clients can buy print products and digital files. Client Galleries in Workspace make image delivery and sales easy. Client Galleries can be hosted on a Workspace website or on your current, independently created site.
Sell your artwork in Print Shop
Print Shop is an eCommerce solution for photographers and artists who sell their work as decor or works of art. Simply upload your images, give them a title, description and price, and we handle the rest — from receiving your orders and payments to printing, creating and delivering the finished products direct to your client. Print Shop can be hosted on a Workspace website or on your current, independently created site.
High volume photography
We offer a Client Gallery option for studios who want to offer "volume" photography for schools and teams, and events like graduations, balls, sports etc. Powerful features include unique personal logins for individuals, linked class/team photos, batch shipping direct to the school or club and much more. High volume accounts are available in New Zealand only.
Invoicing for custom products and services
Workspace also offers a standalone platform to efficiently create and send contracts, quotes and invoices, and track payments, e.g. for portrait sessions, weddings, events, professional services and other projects, all as part of Workspace Client Management (CRM).
